Business Situation

KGF’s (Credit Guarantee Fund) mission is that provide strategic support to the growth and development of Turkey by facilitating the access to financing of all enterprises, especially those which are promising. Proper classification is critical for banks due to the incentives included in the loans under KGF. There were data inconsistencies between KGF and banks’ application systems due to integration. It was aimed to produce project outputs in order to determine the causes of errors in the system and to reach the correct data upon regulatory reports requirements and customer complaints.

Our approach & Solution

Credit-based matching of the KGF credit information marked in the data warehouse and the outputs from the KGF system were made and bidirectional analysis was shared with business units. The root causes of the inconsistency were examined on a case-by-case basis and the solution was applied with zero error.

Technologies

We implemented our processes via Oracle Exadata and Oracle Data Integrator.
This output exported as flat files and transferred through FTP or e-mail notification.
