Business Situation

Our customer’s need was meeting the demands from regulatory institutions. Information Technology and Communication Authority (“BTK”) demands a set of structured data from all operators. Although requested information can be found on the databases they are not consolidated and formatted for a common structure. Following the BTK’s orders and generating a Datamart was the main goal.

Our approach & Solution

Determining the source systems and their diversity were the first steps of this process. After the detailed analysis of source systems, we made the necessary transformations to show different working logic in a single structure. During these transformations, one of our most important criteria was to prevent the slightest data loss from any source. Otherwise, there could be reporting errors and could be penalized. With the completion of the necessary transformations, suitable Datamarts delivered and started the regulatory processes.
