İşeri worked as a Senior Data Warehouse Developer at Softtech and a Data Warehouse Team Leader at Intertech before co-founding CALIGO in 2015.

Umut İşcan

After graduating from Galatasaray University Department of Computer Engineering, Umut İşcan started his career as an analyst/developer in the banking industry. İşcan worked at Fortis Turkey, Tekstilbank, SoftTech, Vodafone Turkey and Yapı Kredi prior to co-founding CALIGO in 2015.

Rüçhan Çandar

Advisory Board Member

After graduating from Uludağ University Department of Business Administration, Rüçhan Çandar completed his postgraduate studies in finance at Lancaster University. Çandar has over 25 years of experience in the Banking industry, having served various roles at Osmanlı Bank, Garanti Bank and HSBC. As a former Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO at HSBC Turkey, he also served as Board Member at HSBC Investment and Securities. As of August 2021, Çandar has been appointed as HSBC Group Global Head of Enterprise Change Services and continues to serve in his new role from HSBC Hong Kong.

Serdar Yılmaz

After completing both his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from Middle East Technical University Department of Electrical Electronics Engineering, Serdar Yılmaz graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University’s MBA programme. In his career spanning over 25 years, Yılmaz has undertook various senior level roles at Softtech, Isbank and Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik. As of September 2020, Yılmaz has been appointed as Fibabank Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer and continues to serve as Board Member at Finberg.
